Your mission

Key facts:

Location: Dübendorf, Zurich (On-site / Remote)
Time Commitment: 15 hours/week (Flexible schedule)

As a Founders Associate Working Student at AVIAN, you are the strategic and operational right hand to our founding team. Your goal is to offload complexity from leadership so we can scale faster. This is not a "coffee-run" internship; you will be deep in the engine room of a high-growth startup, handling everything from high-level research to critical administrative execution.

Founder Support: Work directly with the founders on daily operations, helping them prioritize, execute, and stay organized.
Event & Trade Fair Management: Take ownership of logistics and planning for international trade fairs, ensuring our hardware, branding, and team are perfectly positioned to win new clients.
Operational "Swiss Army Knife": Handle diverse admin tasks, from optimizing our CRM workflows to assisting with sales and marketing materials.
Process Building: Identify bottlenecks in our current operations and design the "Version 1.0" of processes that will help us scale to $10M ARR.

Your profile

We are looking for a high-trajectory individual who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives on getting things done.

Current Student: You are an undergraduate or graduate student at a leading Swiss university (e.g., ETH, HSG, UZH, EPFL).
High-Pace Experience: You have prior experience in a demanding environment, be it an internship in the startup ecosystem/consulting, or a leadership role in a student association. You know how to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
The "Startup DNA": You are proactive, resourceful, and don't wait for a manual. If you don't know how to do something, you find a way to learn it.
Reliability: You take extreme ownership of your tasks. When you say something is "on it," the founders can consider it done.
Communication: Fluency in English is required. German is a plus.
Location: You are based in or near Zurich and work part-time remotely, with some on-site presence at our Dübendorf office.
