We have reached product-market fit. We have the product, the proof, and strong customer demand. Now we need the sales engine.
As Sales Executive, your mission is to turn qualified opportunities into closed revenue. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with industrial customers, create urgency around fire prevention, and help us scale ARR toward $10M+.
You will:
- Own a quota for new ARR and expansion opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Sell to plant managers, maintenance leaders, safety teams, procurement, executives, and owners.
- Run discovery calls, product demos, site visits, ROI discussions, proposals, and negotiations.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound, inbound, trade fairs, referrals, and partner introductions.
- Translate customer pain into a clear business case for AVIAN.
- Work closely with marketing on lead follow-up, event conversion, and campaign feedback.
- Work closely with implementation and product teams to ensure a smooth customer handoff.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline across pipeline, next steps, forecasts, and deal notes.
- Bring market feedback back to the team, so we can improve our pitch, product, and process.
